At SwaLay, every decision we make begins with one question. Does this make the experience better for the artist?
Today, we're sharing one of the answers.

Over the last several months, we have been steadily expanding our use of Zoho Corporation's business software across more and more of how SwaLay operates. From the systems that keep our team aligned, to the tools that power how we communicate with you, to the services you interact with directly, a growing share of what makes SwaLay work is now running on Zoho's stack. And we are just getting started.
Why this matters
For us, this is not just a software choice. It is a statement.
SwaLay was built on the belief that the infrastructure serving India's independent music economy should, wherever possible, be built on Indian technology. Zoho, headquartered in Chennai and used by millions of organisations across more than 150 countries, is exactly the kind of homegrown excellence that proves what India can build at world-class scale.
When two Indian companies, both deeply committed to their craft, choose to work this closely, the result is more than operational efficiency. It is a quieter, more confident expression of what Made in India can mean in practice.
What changes for our artists
If you are an artist on SwaLay, the practical effect is simple. Things just work better.
Faster, more reliable communication. Steadier internal systems. A more secure foundation under every touchpoint you have with the platform. And as we continue rolling out more Zoho-powered services in the months ahead, that experience will keep getting smoother.
This sits on top of the foundation we have already built. SwaLay holds the highest globally recognised certifications in information security and data integrity, runs Aadhaar-backed identity verification through DigiLocker for every artist and label on the platform, and has built rights-protection tooling designed specifically for the realities of independent Indian music. Bringing Zoho's enterprise infrastructure into that mix means the standard of trust we have set internally now extends to every interaction you have with us.
More to come
This is the beginning of a longer rollout. Several more services will move onto the Zoho stack in the coming months, and we will share each step with you as they go live.
What stays the same is the principle behind all of it. Every decision, built around the artist. Every layer, built to be worthy of the trust you place in us. And every choice, where we can make it, made in India.
