This Pricing & Payment Policy (“Policy”) explains how SwaLay Digital, operated by TalantonCore LLP, sets prices and collects payments for its plans and services. By making a purchase you agree to this Policy. It should be read with our Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Royalty Sharing Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Plans & Services
SwaLay offers subscription plans, one-time services, and optional add-ons for music distribution, audio processing, and related features. The features, limits, and prices of each plan are described on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. The plan and price applicable to you are those shown at the time you subscribe or renew.
2. Pricing & Currency
Prices are displayed on the Platform, ordinarily in Indian Rupees (INR), and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. For international customers, the charged amount may be converted by your payment provider at its exchange rate, and your bank or card issuer may apply additional charges that are outside SwaLay’s control.
3. Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable indirect taxes are charged in addition to the displayed price where required by law, at the rate in force at the time of the transaction, unless the price is expressly stated to be inclusive of tax. A valid tax invoice is issued for each taxable transaction. Where you are registered for GST and wish to claim input credit, you must provide a correct GSTIN before payment; SwaLay is not responsible for credit lost due to incorrect details supplied by you.
4. Payment Methods & Processing
Payments are accepted through the methods shown at checkout, processed by third-party payment gateways whose own terms apply. SwaLay does not collect or store complete card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords; that information is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors. By paying, you authorise SwaLay and its processor to charge the stated amount. SwaLay is not liable for failures, delays, or declines caused by your bank, card issuer, or the payment gateway.
5. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Billing Cycle
Subscription plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle. Where auto-renewal is offered and enabled, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle at the price then in effect, and you authorise SwaLay to charge your registered payment method until you cancel. SwaLay will provide notice of renewal or price changes where required by law or payment-network rules. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date through your account settings or by contacting support, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Failed & Late Payments
If a payment fails or a renewal cannot be processed, SwaLay may retry the charge, notify you, and suspend or downgrade paid features until payment succeeds. Distribution of Content and access to paid tools may be paused during non-payment. SwaLay is not responsible for any loss of visibility or earnings during a suspension caused by your payment failure.
7. Price Changes
SwaLay may change its prices, plan features, or fee structure at any time. For existing subscribers, material price increases take effect from the next billing cycle after we give at least fifteen (15) days’ notice by email or on the Platform, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. Promotional prices apply only for their stated period, after which standard pricing applies. Price changes do not apply retroactively to transactions already completed.
8. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons are subject to their specific terms, are time-limited, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time before purchase. Discounts apply only to the qualifying purchase and do not reduce future renewal prices unless expressly stated.
9. Invoices & Receipts
SwaLay issues an electronic invoice or receipt for each purchase to your registered email and account. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax details. Invoices reflect the amount charged, applicable taxes, and the service purchased.
10. Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of this Policy. Mandatory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 are not affected.
11. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact SwaLay before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it. Chargebacks raised without contacting us may lead to suspension while we investigate, and SwaLay may submit transaction records to contest chargebacks it believes are unwarranted. Recovered or wrongful chargebacks may attract an administrative fee, and repeated abuse may lead to termination.
12. Changes & Version Control
SwaLay may update this Policy from time to time, effective on posting with a revised “Last Updated” date and reasonable notice of material changes. SwaLay keeps version-controlled records, and the version in force at the time of a transaction governs that transaction. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
